Katy Allen, storyteller, and Gabi Mezger, singer and accordionist perform together as the duo Yad B’Yad Nelech Yachad® (Hebrew for “Hand in hand we will walk together”). Their unique blend of original songs and stories enraptures adults and children of all ages. In the context of the natural world or Jewish tradition, Katy’s stories speak on many levels about universal themes such as friendship and self-discovery. Gabi’s upbeat and lively songs, in English and Hebrew, are interwoven into the stories. Katy often uses hand puppets to further engage young children.
